Evaluation
During this photography session I went out to shoot to look at photographs that included the blue sky. I looked at flowers against the summery blue shade along with the sky in general to demonstrate an evidence of weather. I preferred silhouette looking trees/branches in front of a white sky because I believe this was a more successful contrast compared to the blue sky as not everything pairs nicely with the shade blue. However, the blue sky with the singular flower constructs an attractive photograph as it is evident that the sun is out and Spring has blossomed. Through contrast I looked at a green bush which was next to a lilac bush. My idea was to demonstrate how the green represented summer whilst the lilac represented spring. I think that this session was successful as I produced a range of good quality images.

| This photograph was by far the most successful from the shoot. I framed it so that the left side consisted of the flower whilst the right side consisted more of the clouds against the blue sky. The blue sky in general allows the white flower and clouds to stand out. The photograph looks really fresh and summery because of the light colours. The blue is also a great contrast to the white. |
Progression
To excel my project I'd like to focus on all different kinds of flowers infront of a blue sky; I could possibly put these all into a multiple imagery. I want to explore them all in different colours so that they're able to represent a different season or perhaps different seasons for example, a yellow one would represent summer, a white one winter and an orange one autumn etc. This means that each flower would be evidence of a seaon which would thoroughly conform to my project so far. I could possibly use this same photo to edit the different colours onto the petal using tools in photoshop as this would mean I'd have an even set of pictures in a multiple imagery as the flowers would all be the same size. The reason I'd do this is because it will be a struggle to find fresh colourful flowers during winter, so I could improvise for now until Spring approaches perhaps. I will look for different colours of leaves/petals held up in front of the sky. Pictures that inspire me would be these below:
